This product is not for someone who is not handy with a drill and hacksaw. If you are confident and have some basic tools (tape measure, drill, hacksaw, etc.) and know how to use them, then it is a good product. I moved into a place with two security doors and didn’t like the gap that let in bugs, lizards, snakes and the occasional bird—yes a little bird in the house. Once I committed to installing the seal kit, it took me about two hours with my 3yr old helping. I had previously found this product on HomeDepot for $10 more and they had a video to help with the install. I purchased on Amazon for $40 and used the HD video along with the instructions included. I now have a very tight seal around the kitchen security door and very happy with it. This is a great product and works well!
