Cookbook starts out with Breakfast for Dinner, who hasn't done this when you've run out of ideas oringredients? Chiles Rellenos, a must try, as well as Frittatas. How about "Snacks for Supper", when I was raising my kids, we loved Nachos for dinner. Greek quiche sounds yummy and easy peasey is pizza muffin cups. Next chapter is soups and stews which goes a long way, which can be frozen and used on another day. Sammies and Wraps, Guac Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Mushroom Pastrami Hogies and Cuban Pork Wraps. The next few sections cover specific types of meats, beef pork and chicken whichever your tastebuds are craving. Then Meatless Mainstays, Fried Lasagna totally intriguing! In next section, Casseroles & Hot Bakes, I recommend Reuben Bread Pudding, Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells, and who doesn't love Frito Chili Pie? 11th section is Pressure Cooker, Air Fryer, and Slow cooker recipes, they alternate between all three methods of meals in one section. Next section is Lotsa Pasta, love Pesto Lasagna, and 5 cheese Ziti Al Forno. Lastly is Bowls and Entree Salad with BBQ Chicken Cobb salad, an all-time favorite. Bonus section is 10-minute sides and sweets, who doesn't love a sweet treat at the end of a meal? On the back cover is Pantry Staples to keep in stock as a suggested before heading to the grocery store. This cookbook is highly recommend by me as a Community Cook for Taste of Home for 10 years.
