These are just gorgeous and what a great price! I wanted a sheer curtain to lessen the view of the houses next door to me - especially the view of the siding -yuk. I like lace, but the floral motif that is most often used, is just too feminine and sweet for my taste and that of my husband's. The design on this lace is kind of swirly/paisley-ish. I just love it. We are using these curtains in the bay windows of two rooms - our dining room and our study. Each of these rooms is filled with antique furniture, and they look great. You don't need to spend more on lace curtains - these are excellent!
