Luckily for me I purchased mine from a local store where it was marked down for a little over seven dollars. Had I paid more I would have been royally ticked off.I have only tried the basin for treating the feet and yes it does bubble but instead of keeping the water heated it does the opposite. It cools the water down. I filled it with hot water and when I turned on the heat/bubbles, I felt cool air bubble between my toes and realized this spa kit is not what it was cracked up to be.Again, I have yet to try the treatment for the hands but if the foot treatment is any indication.... :(So that said, I do not recommend this product!!!
