Some of the songs are mellow and some are more upbeat. I usually like my folk music to be mellow so I can sit back and reflect but this gives me a chance to move my feet. I really enjoy this band. they are a very tight band with thoughtful lyrics. The vocal and the music ring true. This one will not disappoint.
