I was looking for a 3" memory foam bed for my two small dogs. One of them had a spinal disc rupture and needed solid support, and I figured memory foam would be a better bed for them both.I was hesitant to buy this because I thought 2" of memory foam might flatten too easily, but this is great! I bought two, one for each of the inside of my indoor dog houses (their beds). The foam itself is genuine memory foam, nice quality, and not too soft. My dogs are 7 and 9 pounds, and this supports each of them well. It fit perfectly into their houses.Plus, the cover is very soft, and waterproof. The dogs seem very happy with their new mattresses.One of the beds did arrive with a bunch of staining (almost like machine markings from it being rolled out on some industrial machine) on one side, so the seller very kindly sent me a replacement, which was perfect. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend, and will buy again if I need more.Fits in dog crate well, Have only washed once since I got it, it came out of washer and dryer looking good. cover that zips over the foam fits a little loosely but all in all it our dog seem to like it and works out very well in his crate.My dog loves it! Super soft!This bed is great for my dog! He has severe arthritis and I wasn't even sure he could even get on it. But, once he did, he didn't want to get off! He'a a Diabetic and recovering from 2 back leg torn ACL's which is sometimes correlated to Diabetes. This bed is true memory foam and he's so comfortable on it! I only wish I had purchased 2, one each for living room and bedroom so I wouldn't have to move it...One of our dogs likes it the other not so much.I bought this for my friends 11 year old dog who has back issues. Lately she lays in her crate more with the door open since she cant jump on the couch. She slept through the night the very first night and has been more happy to go out and walk first thing in the am. She seems more rested. ThanksOur 18 year old arthritic cat started having trouble climbing stairs to the bed. Decided to try getting him his own bed and he absolutely loves it. Bought one on the large size because he seems most comfortable sprawled out. The cover and foam seem to be good quality and plenty thick for his weight.Just what I was looking for!
