I just received this set today in the magenta color and after washing them I am really impressed. Let me start off by saying that I read most of the reviews for this item prior to purchasing, as I do for most items I am not familiar with on Amazon, and at under $14 this set is amazing quality for that price. The fitted sheet has deep pockets enough depth for standard mattress and a 3" memory foam topper and still have some room. They are sheer so up to light you can see through them slightly, but they are microfiber NOT solid cotton so its expected. The most common types of microfibers are made from polyesters so those saying its not microfiber go google it! The material is extremely soft, lightweight, cool to the touch (which I like) and out of the dryer wrinkle free. The fitted sheet will be a bit slippery on some mattresses as will ALL polyester blend sheets so invest in something like these "The ORIGINAL Bed Band- link below in BLUE" sold right here on Amazon and a grip with no slip so you don't wake up and flip is available to you. P.S. Maybe you need to videotape you sleeping like on Paranormal Activity...haha Ya might just be surprised. In closing, I could not find a set of this quality and at this price at ANY of the large retailers. I highly recommend this set and I AM picky. They are NOT thick,winter sheets and they don't profess to be. They are however at this price and delivered for free...Perfect for ME!!!
