This 2 gallon bucket is the perfect vessel to house your mead during the initial fermenting process. The bucket comes with a drilled and grommeted lid that fits the included airlock perfectly. Secondary Fermenter The included high quality glass Secondary Fermenter is essential to the aging process of the mead. After initial fermentation, you'll add your mead to this one gallon jug to age and clarify. All The Chemicals You'll Need! Wine Tannin Made from Chestnut Wood, this Wine Tannin adds taste and texture while helping with the clarification. Chemicals You'll receive four basic chemicals in your kit; Campden Tablets, Tartaric Acid, Malic Acid and Yeast Energizer. All of these are essential to crafting a perfect mead.
