I had the privilege of meeting Meg through a chance encounter on a train. Ironically enough, we were both coming back home to NYC after our home shopping gigs and immediately connected. A 2.5 hour train ride felt like 5 minutes as we chatted the entire time about our lives and dreams for the future. She told me about this book she had written and I immediately ordered it that night. I finished the book in just 2 nights and loved the honesty, humor, and adventure of her life's story. As a 29 year old woman, it's easy to feel overwhelmed at times about career and wondering if you're at the right place in life or doing "enough." Meg's book beautifully illustrates that the universe will give us exactly what we need at exactly the right time. Her story is proof that we might not always understand why we're in certain places in our career but eventually we'll come to realize that every experience is preparing us for a bigger mission. This is a great book for women of all ages but I think especially poignant for younger women looking to make their marks. Bravo Meg!
