The holes drilled for the doors are a little off and they don’t match up when they close but it went together easy enough and holds items well.Purchased them on sale at $54. Don't waste your money if they are priced any higher.Purchased 3. One came with both backing pieces missing. Every single doorknob didn't fit, as the screw isn't long enough to fit through the door, and then into the recessed back side of the knob. Went to find longer screws, and found that these are custom and no other (metric or imperial) screw will fit. So purchased new door knobs. Also If you are looking for display purposes, don't bother. All three have a variation of door displacement, with noticeable inconsistent gaps. So the gap may be 1/4 inch on one end, and close to nothing at the other. They work for the purpose I need them for, though will not pay a dollar more for items that are this inconsistent and with parts missing.I've put together a ton of these inexpensive cabinets over the years, and this one really impressed me. First of all, the packaging was very robust and well-thought-out. The box had seen some abuse in the course of its delivery, but the contents were in perfect shape. The instructions were great and, believe it or not, had not just drawings and a template for putting in wall anchors, but also many written instructions in clear, correct English! The quality of the components was exceptional for the price (I paid $55.99), with only some very minor blemishes on the top of the right door, as seen in the last photo. The blemishes are not noticeable once it was mounted on the wall. I had some trouble getting all four sides to stay together when tightening the cam locks, but placing it flat on the table, as shown in the first picture, helped a lot. The hardware package was clearly labeled, and it included spares! The wood where you screwed in various things was pre-drilled and threaded, so it took very little effort to drive screws home, and there was none of the tearing or misalignment you often see in these. I need a similar cabinet for the powder room, without the glass, and I've already started looking at this brand's offerings specifically. This one went near by beer-dispensing equipment, to hold some of the better glasses. It's perfect for that purpose. Zum Wohl! This thing has been instrumental in my organization of my bathroom. It was easy to install and it is very cute. I like it much better than the standing over toilet shelves. This one looks a lot better! I am super impressed and would recommendGood value for the money and so after the first two cabinets we ordered a third. Once all the parts were spread out on the floor we noticed there were not dowel holes to take the dowel on two of the pieces. By then it is too late to repack everything and return it. We had to jerryrig a solution. The first time I received this cabinet, it had a defective part H, and could not be assembled. I contacted Amazon right away; they were very helpful and sent me a replacement, which arrived very quickly. The replacement had a correct part H, but it had another defective part - this time part A! Again, the cabinet could not be assembled in that state. Somebody is asleep on the job here. Luckily I hadn't returned the first item yet, so I was able to frankenstein a functional cabinet out of the good parts of both packages. Note to self: don't return defective item until you've verified the replacement is good, especially for items containing multiple parts. Amazon apologized profusely for the double fail and swore they'd notify the appropriate department, but I won't be holding my breath or ordering this item again. Which is a shame, because it's a really nice cabinet. At least I managed to negotiate a UPS pick up from my house out of the whole thing. They were having me drive it to a facility, but given all the trouble, the least they could do is schedule a pick up.Now, about the cabinet. It seems things were very different back in 2009, when a lot of the negative reviews were written. Rest assured, there's no gluing or drilling necessary anymore! In fact, the cabinet was extremely easy to put together, once you got all the correct parts. All you need is a screwdriver. The only drilling is into the wall to mount it, but you kinda have to do that one yourself. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, the parts fit together nicely, the hardware is all good, and the construction feels sturdy once assembled. Unlike what somebody else said, you do not mount this by the cardboard backing. The unit hangs by the top of the wooden frame, which is the thickest and sturdiest part of the whole cabinet. There are four plastic corner things you drill into the cardboard backing, but their purpose is to make it flush with the wall, so the back doesn't bow or move if you push against it from the inside. Those pieces don't bear any weight. Now, I was a little suspicious of drilling them in, being that the back is thin laminated cardboard and the screws may have punched through to the other side. So I taped them to the back instead, just to be safe. Worked fine. The cabinet came with one of those convenient paper templates with marks for where to drill the holes into the wall. That made positioning, leveling and mounting very easy. I have flimsy plaster walls, but with the (gigantic) wall anchors that were provided, the unit seems sturdy when mounted and I feel okay putting stuff in it. It's a classic medicine cabinet meant to hold small objects, and the measurements are provided, so I don't understand the people trying to shove large things in there and complaining it's too small. All in all, I'm very happy with the actual cabinet, which is why I'm not giving it less than 4 stars, despite the very frustrating experience getting it. A good product and good customer service can do wonders to offset incompetence on the production line. It's a beautiful little cabinet and I'm happy to have it. Now I hope it lasts, too. I'll write an update once I've had it for a while.I never write reviews and majority of the things I own are from amazon, but I wanted to post this because it made a HUGE difference in my house! Definitely a two person job to assemble/hang up, but so worth it!The top support wiggles some, but otherwise it is very nice
