A great compilation of ambient, chill-out, and low-key trance works. This CD brings together a lot of interesting tracks.I'd say that the quality and tone is a bit inconsistent. Some of the tracks I usually skip since they either break the tranquil yet powerful mood established by the album or the quality of the remixing is somewhat disappointing. Others, however, are a musical balm, building and invigorating while being subtle and smooth. I particularly recommend "Beautiful Strange", "Jabberwock", and "Cafe Del Mar".Overall, the CD has enough top-notch material in it that I think it's a worthwhile purchase. It also can be a great introduction to chill-out techno for people not experienced with this genre of music. You may end up not listening to the whole CD after the first couple of plays, but it's still a good one to have on your shelf.
