Gharki Rasoi is a wonderful addition to my cookbook collection. I usually try to live a vegan lifestyle and there are many delicious vegan options in this cookbook. I love Indian cuisine and I am having a great time trying Purnima's easy and tasty recipes. The ingredients are easy to find at the supermarket or local Indian grocery store. Be sure to try making the Daal Makhani, the Chana Daal with Cashews, and the Aloo Gobi- North Indian style....YUM! This is a detailed, easy to follow cookbook for the novice and experienced cook alike. Plus, the photographs of the finished recipes are beautiful and add to the enjoyment of using this cookbook. I also love that there is nutritional information for each recipe. You will enjoy using this fabulous cookbook!
